The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to ensure a healthy environment by providing sewage drainage facilities and laying a road from Maduraipuri Village to Sevalkulam Village Road in Nilaviyal pathway situated in Survey Nos.1148/3C and 1148/3E at Sevalkulam Revenue Village, Thiruvengadam Taluk, Tenkasi District, by acquiring necessary private land for the same proposed project, based on the petitioner's representations dated 19.05.2023 and 04.09.2024. 2.The relief, as such sought for, cannot be considered since an administrative decision is to be taken by framing policy and to implement the same.
