At the very outset, learned counsel for opposite parties submits that they have been provided written instructions dated 09.07.2025, a copy of which is taken on record and submits that by means of order dated 08.07.2025, the suspension order of petitioner has already been revoked. 4. In view thereof, nothing remains to be adjudicated upon in this petition, which is accordingly consigned to record.
