The present application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 14.11.2016 whereby and where under cognizance has been taken against the petitioner in connection with Tatarpur P.S. Case No. 125 of 2016, corresponding to G.R. No. 3184 of 2016, for the offence u/s 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 18(b), 27(c)(ii), 36AC, 18(vi), 27(d) of the Drugs & Cosmetic Act, 1940. 3. During pendency of the case, in the trial, charge has been framed in this case. 4. In view of the above, this application has become infructuous now and the same is accordingly dismissed.
