The present application has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sudamdih P.S. Case No.16 of 2024, registered for the offence under Section 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Dhanbad. 3. Innocence has been claimed by the learned counsel for the petitioner(s) and undertaking has been given for co-operating with the investigating agency and participation in the trial. It has been submitted that nothing has been recovered from her conscious possession. Further, quantity of the recovered article is intermediary. On the above basis, prayer for anticipatory bail has been made. 4. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail. 5. Considering the above fact and the nature of allegation, the petitioner(s) is granted privilege of anticipatory bail. Hence, in the event of her arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of this order, she shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Dhanbad, in connection with Sudamdih P.S.
