Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:38426 Court No. - 14 Case :- CRIMINAL MISC ANTICIPATORY BAIL APPLICATION U/S 438 CR.P.C. No. - 757 of 2025 Applicant :- Sunil Singh @ Anil Kumar Opposite Party :- State Of U.P. Thru. Secy. Home Lko. Counsel for Applicant :- Vijay Kumar Asthana Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Karunesh Singh Pawar,J. The present bail application under Section 438 Cr.PC. has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in case crime/FIR No. 89 of 2022, under Sections 392 IPC, P.S. Hardi, District Bahraich. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. Perused the record. A perusal of the record shows that the accused, along with the co-accused, is alleged to have committed robbery by threatening Ramashankar Awasthi with a knife. During the course of investigation, Diwan Singh and Mukesh were arrested, and certain recoveries have already been made from them. However, some articles are yet to be recovered. The offence is of a serious nature, and the investigation is still underway. Custodial interrogation of the accused appears to be necessary. It does not appear to be a case of false implication. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application stands rejected. Order Date :- 8.7.2025 R.C. Digitally signed by :- RAM CHANDER YADAV High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
