Also heard Ms. RD Mozumdar, learned counsel for the respondent – Insurance Company. 2. The learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter has already been settled between the parties to pay the awarded amount of Rs.13,94,989/- and additional amount of Rs.2,00,000/-, totaling an amount of Rs.15,94,989/- as full and final settlement. It is submitted that out of the above total amount, an amount of Rs.13,94,989/- has already been paid and received by the appellant – claimant No. 1. The respondent – Insurance Company is to deposit the additional amount of Rs.2,00,000/- to the account of the appellant – claimant No. 1. 3. In view of the above, the respondent – Insurance Company is directed to deposit the additional amount of Rs.2,00,000/- in the claimant Bank account to be furnished by the appellant within a week. The respondent – Insurance Company shall deposit the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- within 6(six) weeks from the date of receipt of the Bank account of the claimant no. 1 in terms of the Page No.# 3/3 settlement between the parties. 4.
