This MCC is filed by the applicants seeking extension of time for compliance of the order 16.10.2024 passed by this Court in WP (S) No. 6571/2024 whereby, vide order 16.10.2024 a direction was issued to the applicants herein to consider and decide the application/representation of the non-applicant(s) for dependent employment within a period of 8 weeks. 2. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that pursuant to the order dated 16.10.2024 passed in in WP (S) No. 6571/2024, the proceedings have been initiated of screening of the candidature of the non-applicant for her dependent employment. However, during the proceedings, a complaint was received and as per the procedure, the complaint is to be verified. Therefore, the verification proceedings have been completed and the complaint has been found to be fake. He submits that now, the procedure is under process and appropriate orders will be passed in accordance with law. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the non-applicants submits that after receipt of the complaint and based on the report of the Superintendent of Police, District – Manendragarh-Chirmiri-Bharatpur, the non-applicant has further been sent for medical examination, however, till date, the appointment order has not been issued. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as also, the submission of the counsel for respective parties, further 06 weeks time is granted to comply with the order dated 16.10.2024 passed in in WP (S) No. 6571/2024.
