GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent Nos.5 to 7 are threatening the petitioner to withdraw W.P.No.6825 of 2025 and, to ensure the same, are constantly keeping the petitioner under surveillance. It is further submitted that respondent Nos.5 to 7, in particular, are conducting surveillance on the petitioner and are also interfering with his decorative business. 2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that respondent Nos.5 to 7 attended the Sri Rama Navami celebrations at Varikuntapadu Village of Ananthasagaram Mandal and thereafter left the 2 place. It is submitted that respondent Nos.5 to 7 were not aware that the petitioner was working there and organizing the decorative work for the celebrations. It is also stated in writing by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Ananthasagaram Police Station, that respondent Nos.5 to 7 are not threatening the petitioner to compromise in any matter. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that this Court, in W.P.No.6825 of 2025, directed respondent Nos.5 and 6 to preserve the CCTV footage dated 17.01.2025 from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM. It is submitted that, in order to pressurize the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition, respondent Nos.5 to 7 are constantly putting the petitioner under surveillance and also interfering with his decorative business. 4. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader, there shall be a direction to respondent Nos.5 to 7 not to interfere with the day-to-day business activities of the petitioner and not to conduct any surveillance without following the due procedure of law. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs.
