The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly. However, this petitioner is having five previous cases. 4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.O.P(MD).No.7997 of 2025 dated 29.04.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police, weekly once, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 am., until further orders.
