The present petition has bee filed by the petitioner challenging an order dated 30.04.2025 passed by the Assistant Director, Employees' State Insurance Corporation, Lucknow under Section 45A of the Employees State Insurance Act, 1948. 3. The counsel for the respondent states that against the order passed under Section 45A, an appeal is prescribed under Section 45 AA of the Employees State Insurance Act, 1948. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to prefer an appeal. In case, an appeal is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered on merits and shall not be dismissed on the ground of limitation as the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court.
