District Gonda, to decide the application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 read with Section 151 CPC pending in Regular Suit No. 172 of 2025 (Raju Vs. Mohd. Faheem and others) pending since 01.05.2025, within stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the concerned court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
