The present application under Section 482 CrPC has been filed for quashing of cognizance/summoning order dated 22.11.2024 as well as for quashing of charge sheet dated 14.11.2024 filed in FIR No.0219 of 2024, under Section 364-A IPC lodged at Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Pratapgarh. 3. After arguing at some length, the leaned counsel for the applicant states that she does not want to press the instant application as the applicant will file a suitable application seeking redressal from the trial Court itself. 4.
