Advocate O R D E R The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey and demarcate the Petitioner’s property comprised in S.No.478/3A2, Patta NO.9412, to an extent of 0.29.65 ares situated at Singampunari South Village, Singampunari Taluk, Sivagangai District by considering the Petitioner’s representation, dated 1.7.2025. 2.Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the Petitioner, he purchased the subject property on 30.04.2025 and patta for the property issued in his name in Patta No.9412. He submitted an online application on 1.7.2025 in Application No.2025/-123/23/009612 seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered so far.
