There is consensus at bar that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the judgement of this Court passed in Writ-A No. 5756 of 2023 Inre; Raj Kumar Vs. Provincial Co-operative Federation U.P. decided on 08.08.2023, a copy of which is part of Annexure-10 to the petition (page 62). 4. Considering the aforesaid consensus, the writ petition is allowed. 5. Petitioner would also be entitled for the benefit of the judgement of this Court passed in case of Raj Kumar (supra).
