This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayer: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties particularly the opposite party no. 2 & 3 to take all legal and necessary actions according to law against the accused persons in pursuance of first information report, registered as F.I.R./Case Crime No. 181 of 2024 under Section 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 333, 74 B.N.S., Police Station- Mandhata, District-Pratapgarh, against the accused persons as contained in Annexure No. 1 to this this Criminal Misc. Writ Petition (CRLP), and to secure the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members from the clutches of the accused persons." 3. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions, states that this writ petition has become infructuous as charge sheet has been prepared and submitted in the court concerned on 22.04.2025. The instructions are taken on record. 4. In view of above, it appears that this writ petition has become infructuous. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. .
