Heard. 2. The husband of the petitioner is said to have died on 11.06.2017. The petitioner submitted an application under the then Sarvahit Durghatna Bima Yojna directly to Insurance Company on 13.11.2017. On 23.03.2018, 22.09.2018 and on 23.11.2018 the Insurance Company informed the petitioner that the application had to be routed through the district authorities, that is the Sub Divisional Magistrate, but inspite of it the petitioner could not do so. Ultimately on 24.01.2025 an application was submitted by the petitioner to the District Magistrate mentioning therein that the Sub Divisional Magistrate had forwarded the matter to the Insurance Company, however, the scheme has come to an end in September, 2019 itself. 3. Let the District Magistrate, Ayodhya look into the matter on the representation of the petitioner, contained as Annexure no.1 to the petition, get the facts verified and if the proposal is required to be forwarded to the Insurance Company and it can be done without any legal impediment, then he shall ensure that a decision is taken in this regard at the earliest, say within three weeks. Thereafter the consequences shall follow. 4. We cannot pass any further direction as Insurance Company as not been arrayed herein as party. 5. With the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of. .
