The petitioners' grievance is that Gram Pradhan is constructing a road on Gata No. 489 Ka in respect to which the petitioners have been recorded as bhumidhar whereas Gaon Sabha's counsel Shri Mohan Singh states that after demarcation/measurement the road has been constructed on Gata No. 489 kha which is a banjar land. The petitioners can get their boundaries of Gata No. 489 Ka demarcated as per Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and thereafter, based on the result of the demarcation, further remedies can be sought. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
