This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking the following relief :- "(i) Restrain the Respondents No.1 to 5 from dispossessing the Petitioners from land in their possession situated at Village Bhadewan, now known as Ram Nagar, Aishbagh, Ward No.3 Tilak Nagar, P.S. Khalabazar, District Lucknow during the pendency of writ petition." 4. Shri Shailendra Singh Chauhan, learned counsel for the Lucknow Development Authority, on the basis of instructions, states that as of now no process has been initiated for eviction of the petitioners from the Nazul land in question. If any such process is initiated, it will be as per law with due notice to the petitioners. He also states that decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 13.11.2024 passed in Writ Petition (Civil) No.295 of 2022 would be adhered to strictly if any demolition is to take place along with statutory provisions which may be applicable. 5. In view of aforesaid statement, made by Shri Shailendra Singh Chauhan, learned counsel for the Lucknow Development Authority, nothing survives for adjudication and the writ petition stands disposed of. 6.
