The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant- Pradeep Kumar with the following prayers: "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow this application and quash the impugned order dated 14.07.2017 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Moradabad in Misc. Application No.502 of 2017 (Pradeep Kumar Vs. Charan Singh and others). It is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may also be pleased to direct the court below to pass appropriate order in accordance with law on the application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. filed by the applicant, during the pendency of the instant application before this Hon'ble Court; otherwise applicant will suffer irreparable loss and injury. And/or pass such other and further order which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 5.
