At the very outset, learned counsel for opposite parties have raised a preliminary objection on the ground of maintainability of writ petition in view of the fact that selection has been challenged in pursuance of an advertisement dated 17.1.22024 without challenging the specific conditions indicated in the said advertisement. 3. On such preliminary objection to be raised, learned counsel for petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this petition in order to file fresh. 4.
