Sarma, learned counsel for the respondents. Shri Sarma, learned counsel for the respondents has placed before this Court written instruction dated 11.08.2025 and has submitted that no notice has been issued to the petitioner and the so called notice annexed as Annexure A is not authentic. The written instructions have been perused. The said instructions clearly state that the notice annexed to the writ petition is a forged one and was not issued by the Tribunal concerned. In view of the aforesaid submission and the written instructions, we are of the view that there is no requirement to continue with this writ petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
