GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition is filed, aggrieved by the inaction on part of the 4th respondent in not conducting proper investigation and not making any efforts to file the charge sheet in Crime No. 300 of 2022, dated 02.09.2022. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that the police have 2 completed the investigation, filed the final report, and closed the case as 'undetectable' on 18.08.2024. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader handed over a copy of the said proceedings to the learned counsel for the petitioner to take further steps, if required. 4. With these observations, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
