Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority to select petitioner as Anganbadi Worker in the Centre Gilauli, District Gonda. 3. However perusal of petition clearly indicates the fact that in paragraph 4 petitioner herself has indicated that she has been selected at Serial No.4 of the select list. It is therefore evident that there are three persons over and above petitioner. The selected persons has also not been arrayed as a party in the writ petition. 4. In the considered opinion of this Court, petitioner's candidature can be considered only in case the three other persons indicated above petitioner in the select list either do not join or their candidature is cancelled. Since the aforesaid condition does not stand fulfilled, this Court does not find any ground to grant indulgence. 5. The petition therefore fails and is dismissed at the admission stage itself.
