No. 2 of 2025) has been filed by the appellant with a prayer to permit him to withdraw the present appeal. 3. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that a Coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 16.02.2024, had directed the appellant to deposit a sum of ₹30,000/- towards litigation expenses. He, therefore, prays that the said amount may also be refunded to the appellant. 4. Permission is accorded. 5. The first appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. 6. It is made clear that the amount of ₹30,000/- deposited by the appellant by demand draft on 20.02.2024, shall be refunded to the appellant. (Alok Mahra, J.)
