(At Present Accused-Petitioner Is Con- fined In Central Jail Jaipur). ----Petitioner Versus State Of Rajasthan, Through Pp ----Respondent For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Yogesh Kumar Sharma For Respondent(s) : Mr. Shree Ram Dhakar, Dy. G.A. Mr. Prashant Kumar Dubey HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANEESH SHARMA Order 20/05/2025 1. The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. on behalf of the petitioner, who has been arrested in connection with FIR No.28/2025 registered at Police Station Sadar Jaipur, District Jaipur(West) for the offence punishable under Sec- tions 420, 406, 468 and 471 IPC. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody since 27.03.2025; the trial of the case will take considerable time, therefore, further custody of the petitioner would not serve any fruitful purpose. 3. Learned Deputy Government Advocate and learned counsel for the complainant have opposed the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. [2025:RJ-JP:21137] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-4924/2025] 4. Heard and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the fact that accused-petitioner is in judicial cus- tody since 27.03.2025 and the fact that the matter is exclusively triable by Magistrate and trial/investigation of the case may take considerable time, thus, without commenting anything on the merits of the case, I deem it just and proper to allow this bail ap- plication. 6. Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioner Umashankar Bhati S/o Laluram Bhati in connection with FIR No.28/2025 registered at Police Station Sadar Jaipur, District Jaipur(West) shall be enlarged on bail provided he furnishes a per- sonal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) together with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Ru- pees Twenty Five Thousand only) each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court for his appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
