His case is that he preferred a representation dated 04.03.2025 (Annexure P-1) to the respondent/Competent Authority, highlighting that he is rendering service in and around 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - Daulatpur Chowk for the last more than eight years, therefore, he be transferred from the aforesaid place. He further submitted that the aforesaid representation has not been considered by the Competent Authority till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent /Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable notification/policy within a period of four weeks from today.
