Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel for the opposite parties. 2.Petition has been filed challenging order dated 15.06.2025 whereby petitioner working on the post of Sub Inspector in U.P. Police has been transferred from Police Commissionerate Gautam Budh Nagar to Kanpur Zone. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that impugned order has not taken into account the fact that petitioner's wife is also a Constable in U.P. Police and currently she is posted in District Meerut, therefore, the petitioner is also required to be posted in terms of paragraph 5 (iii) of the Government Order dated 06.05.2025. 4. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspect, liberty is granted to move fresh representation before respondent no. 2 i.e., Additional Director General of Police (Establishment) Police Headquarter, Lucknow, who shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously within a period of two weeks from the date a certified copy of the order is served upon him. 5. The petitioner shall annex copy of the fresh representation along with certified copy of this order. 6. With the aforesaid observations/directions, petition stands disposed of.
