Further prayer for a direction to respondents to consider candidature of petitioner a fresh against the official selection list dated 10.03.2025. 3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspect, liberty is granted to file fresh representation before respondent no. 3 i.e., District Programme Officer, ICDS, Vikas Bhawan, Barabanki, U.P., who shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously from the date a certified copy of the order is served upon him. 4.
