Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to pay the medical encashment for the period of of 01.05.2025-15.05.2025 and for 26.05.2025 to 31.05.2025, to the petitioner as the petitioner was on medical leave for the said period as the intimation was given on dated: 30.04.2025 which has been enclosed as ANNEXURE NO-1." Since petitioner's grievances would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to make a fresh representation before opposite party No.3 i.e. District Homeopathy Medical Officer, District Pilibhit. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority.
