The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submits that the filing of this petition is not in their knowledge and they are going to appear in the criminal petition and seeking the relief of modification. The order has already been passed by this court staying the criminal proceedings, the question of considering this appeal, does not arise and the appeal is dismissed for the present and the liberty is given subject to the result of the order to be passed in Crl.P.no.1367/2025 to approach the Court.
