Regulation of Urban Premises Tenancy Act, 2021/Additional Collector/Additional District Magistrate, City (East) District -Lucknow, to decide the Case no.875 of 2024 (Habibul Islam vs Mohammad Akram) under section 21(2)(m) of U.P. Urban Premises Tenancy Regulation Act 2021, within stipulated period as fixed by the this Hon'ble High Court to meet the ends of justice, contained as Annexure no. 2 to this petition." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus, the writ petition is disposed off directing the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
