Learned counsel appearing for the revisionists submits that this criminal revision may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the revisionists to file a fresh criminal revision challenging therein, the order by which the charges have been framed against them. 3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this criminal revision is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 3.
