Heard Mr. K. N. Choudhury, the learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. R. Deka, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. K. Kalita, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the OIL.
2. Mr. K. N. Choudhury, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that taking into account the materials on record, the petitioner would be well advised to take recourse to the Arbitration Clause in view of the limited scope of jurisdiction in a proceedings under Article 226 of the Constitution.
3. Taking into account the above submission, the instant writ petition therefore stands closed on withdrawal without prejudice to the petitioner to invoke the Arbitration Clause, if so advised.
