Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties. 2. Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed challenging order dated 15.06.2025 whereby petitioner working on the post of Medical Officer has been transferred from District Etawah to Jalaun. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that impugned order so far as it relates to petitioner is against the provisions of paragraph 5(iii) of Government Order dated 06.05.2025 inasmuch as the authority concerned has overlooked the aspect that petitioner's wife is also in Government service in District Etawah. It is further submitted that there are still three posts of Medical Officers lying vacant in District Etawah on which petitioner can be adjusted. 4. For redressal of grievance, petitioner is said to have submitted a representation but seeks liberty to file a fresh representation before authority concerned. 5. Learned counsel for petitioner restricts prayer for decision on representation of petitioner. 6. Considering the innocuous prayer, without adverting to merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioner to make fresh representation before opposite party no.2 i.e. Director, Ayurvedic Services, Uttar Pradesh within three days. In case such a representation is filed within the stipulated time, the same is required to be decided by authority concerned expeditiously by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of representation along with a copy of this order. 7.
