Roshid, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that the Notice Inviting Tender(NIT), in question, was issued for settlement of the market, in question, for a period of 1(one) year w.e.f. 01.07.2023 till 30.06.2024, which period has already elapsed. In view of the above, Mr. Roshid, learned counsel for the petitioner, has prayed that he be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to challenge the reasons for cancellation of the said Notice Inviting Tender(NIT). The above prayer is not objected to by the learned counsels for the respondents. The instant writ petition, accordingly, stands dismissed with liberty as prayed for. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
