ORDER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of the India seeking the following reliefs:-
“...to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring on the part of respondent in passing orders on the representation of the petitioners dated 22.07.2024 for deletion of their lands adm Ac.0-24 cents of petitioner covered by RS.N0.296-1P2-B2 and the land of 2”^^ petitioner adm Ac.0-24 cents covered by RS.No.296-1P2-B1 of Pedagummuluru Village, Rayavaram Mandal, Anakapalli District from the prohibitory list issued under section 22-A of Registration Act 1908 as illegal, arbitrary, violation of Article 14 and 19 of constitution of India and Circular Memo No.57443/Assn 1/2012 dated 04.01.2019 issued by P’ respondent and consequently direct the 3''"' respondent to pass orders on the representations of the petitioners dated 22.07.2024 within the time stipulated by this interest of Justice and pass...” Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2. The claim of the petitioners is that they submitted an application seeking deletion of land to an extent of Ac.0-24 cents in R.S.No.296-1P2-B2 of the petitioner and Ac.0-24 cents in RS.No.296-1P2-B1 of the 2 petitioner of Pedagummuluru Village, Rayavaram Mandal, Anakapalli District, i i from the list of prohibited properties prepared under Section 22-A of the „ ' ‘ Registration Act, 1908 (for short ‘Act’). Even after receipt of the representation ^ of the petitioners, the respondents neither considered the same nor issued any proceedings. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 3. nd Learned Government Pleader for Revenue further submits that the application said to have been submitted by the petitioners for denotification of the land from the prohibited properties under Section 22-A of the Act is not sufficient and petitioners should file appropriate application through Mee-Seva
4. 7^ 3 NVJ W.P.No.9978 of 2025 and if they submits appropriate application through Mee-Seva, the 3 respondent will consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
rd Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and on perusal of the material on record, this Court is of the considered view that the present Writ Petition can be disposed of directing the petitioners to submit appropriate application through Mee-Seva for denotification of the subject land from the list of prohibited properties prepared under Section 22-A of the Act, within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and along with all other documents to substantiate their title as required and necessary as available with them. After such submission, the 3'^'^ respondent is hereby directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and the parties concerned, if any, within a period of four (04) months thereafter. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as
