The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Dhanbad Mahila P.S. Case No. 44/2020, for the offences registered under Sections 494, 420, 372/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Sri A. Srivastava, learned Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad. 3. Petitioner happens to be husband of the informant Sarita Devi. It is alleged that petitioner was married from before. He married the informant, keeping her in dark. 4. It was submitted that as per allegation, present case will be made out under Section 494 of the I.P.C., which is bailable in nature. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
