This habeas corpus petition has been filed with the following main prayer(s) :- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus commanding thereby directing the opposite party no.1 to 3 to release the detenue/petitioner forthwith, who is detained under the illegal custody of opposite party no.4 by an illegal and arbitrary manner and to set her free at her liberty." On being confronted, learned counsel for the petitioner states that she may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach appropriate forum/court seeking relief as provided under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. Accordingly, the habeas corpus petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
