The petitioner has approached this court primarily seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to give him police protection/PSO for which, he is ready to pay the cost, however, he has not approached the State Security Review Committee. 3. In that view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw this application and approach the aforesaid committee, through appropriate channel seeking police protection with a liberty to file a fresh petition, in the event such prayer of the petitioner is rejected. 4.
