Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Manu Dixit, learned counsel for respondent No.3. 2. The order under challenge is an order passed by the DRT on 30.05.2025, whereby an application for grant of interim relief was rejected. 3. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that while rejecting the application, all the grounds as were indicated were not considered. He further argues that even in this regard two points as were deemed fit by the DRT in the application have not been considered properly. 4. Considering the nature of the order and the fact that an appeal is prescribed under Section 18 of the SARFAESI Act, no interference is called for at this stage. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to prefer an appeal, if so advised, in accordance with law. 5. The petition stands disposed of.
