Minor X arising out of FIR No. 169/2020 of Police Station Magam for offences under Sections 376 IPC and Section 4 POCSO on the ground that two of the Board Members namely Ms. Ruqaiya Tasleem and Ms. Sandeep Kour have been cited as eye witnesses to the occurrence and as such, they are incapacitated to hear and try the said case. Having regard to the reasons mentioned in the order of reference, the same is accepted and the case titled Union Territory of J&K Vs. Minor X arising out of FIR No. 169/2020 of Police Station, Magam for offences under Sections 376 IPC and Section 4 POCSO is withdrawn from the docket of Juvenile Justice Board, Budgam and transferred to Juvenile Justice Board, Srinagar for its disposal in accordance with law. The Juvenile Justice Board, Budgam shall transmit the record of the case to Juvenile Justice Board, Srinagar forthwith. Copies of this order be sent to both the Boards for information and compliance.
