Case No. 30 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 305(e) and 331(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur. 3. During the intervening period of 9 / 10.03.2025, theft was committed in the house of the Informant. Unknown thieves took away jewelry and other articles from there. 4. It was submitted that some of the stolen articles are alleged to have been recovered from the shop of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the petitioner is a bonafide purchaser. It was finally submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur in connection with Parsudih P.S.
