Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:39194 Court No. - 12 Case :- CRIMINAL REVISION No. - 731 of 2025 Revisionist :- Nanhelal Opposite Party :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Lko. And Another Counsel for Revisionist :- Sandhya Devi Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Rajnish Kumar,J. Heard, Ms.Sandhya Devi, learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A. This revision has been filed challenging the order of interim maintenance dated 13.05.2025 by means of which Rs.2500/- has been allowed as interim maintenance from the date of application. The only ground argued by learned counsel for the revisionist is that the revisionist wants to live with the respondent no.2, for which the matter may be referred for mediation. Only Rs.2500/- has been allowed and admittedly the respondent no.2 is living separately, who is wife of the revisionist. The income of the revisionist has been alleged as Rs.50,000/-. If the revisionist wants mediation and live with the respondent no.2, he can make a request before the family court, after depositing the interim maintenance as per direction of the family court, for referring the matter to the Mediation Center and the family court can refer the matter for mediation for an effort for settlement. With the aforesaid the revision is dismissed. . .................. .......................................(Rajnish Kumar,J.)
