(B)For issuance of an appropriate direction upon the respondents for the immediate payment of subsistence allowance for the period of suspension of the petitioner and release of all arrears of subsistence allowance forthwith. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing the first prayer which is in relation to setting aside the initiation of the departmental proceeding. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he has been put under suspension, but the subsistence allowance has not yet been paid. 3. Considering the submission of the petitioner that the subsistence allowance has not been paid to him, I direct the Deputy Commissioner, Pakur to look into the matter and pay the subsistence allowance of the petitioner as admissible within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt a copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the instant writ petition stands disposed of. (ANANDA SEN, J.) R.S.
