Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the petitioner has now completed his normal tenure at the present place. He further submits that respondent No.5, who was transferred vice petitioner under the impugned transfer order, has since retired. In the above circumstances, the respondents shall be at liberty to pass fresh transfer order of the petitioner in accordance with law. -2- The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
