(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.305, dated 30.08.2024, under Sections 418, 420, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Ballabgarh, District Faridabad, Haryana. Vide order dated 21.01.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioners were directed to join investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that pursuant to order dated 21.01.2025, petitioners have joined the investigation and as such their interim bail may be made absolute. Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Manoj Kumar, affirmed the fact that the petitioners have joined the investigation and they are no more required for further investigation. In view of the above, interim order dated 21.01.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) BNSS.
