Mr. Atharv Sharma, Advocate, for respondent No.3. While placing on record communication dated 4.8.2025, issued under the signature of Under Secretary (Industries) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, states that Finance Department has released the pension for six months (i.e. 1.1.2025 to 30.6.2025) in favour of the petitioners. To substantiate his afore claim, he has also placed on record communication dated 31.7.2025, issued by the Special Secretary (Finance) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh to Managing Director Himachal Pradesh Financial Corporation Ltd. Having perused aforesaid communication as well as documents annexed therewith, this court finds that mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated stands duly complied with and as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated, accordingly, present application is disposed of.
