Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The writ petition has been preferred by the Petitioner for the following reliefs:
For a direction upon the respondent to show cause as to how and under what circumstances the petitioner has not been paid salary and other consequential benefits, i.e. notional benefit of annual increment from16.08.1994 to 23.09.2002 and salary from 23.09.2002 to 14.03.2007 i.e. from the date of order/ judgment of the Hon'ble High Court of Jharkhand to that effect with interest of 12%; and to pay the petitioner the arrears of pay and other consequential benefits i.e. annual increment from 16.08.1994 to 23.09.2002 and salary from 23.09.2002 to 14.03.2007 along with interest of 12% till date immediately and forthwith. 3. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that though the Petitioner is entitled for arrears of pay and other consequential benefits including annual increment from 16.08.1994 to 23.09.2002 and also salary from 23.09.2002 to 14.03.2007 along with interest; inasmuch as, the Petitioner had duly worked for the said period, but for the

reasons best known to the Respondents, the same has not been paid till date. Ld. Counsel further submits that though the Petitioner had approached several times before the concerned respondent, but nothing happened; as such, he knocked the door of this Court. 4. Ld. Counsel for the Respondents submits that since no counter affidavit has been filed and it is the first date of hearing; as such, the Petitioner may be directed to file a file a fresh representation before the concerned Respondent. 5.
Having regard to the aforesaid submissions, this writ petition is hereby disposed of by directing the 4th Respondent to treat this writ application as representation and take a decision with regard to grievance of this petitioner in accordance with law and applicable Rules and Regulations by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 16 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Any admitted dues, which is found to be payable, the same shall be paid to this Petitioner within a further period of 8 weeks. The Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this writ petition along with its order to the 4th Respondent for early disposal of his claim. 6. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of in the manner indicated hereinabove. (Deepak Roshan, J.)
