Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:45607-DB Court No. - 1 Case :- CIVIL MISC REVIEW APPLICATION DEFECTIVE No. - 118 of 2025 Applicant :- Saurabh Vohra And Another Opposite Party :- Distt. Magistrate Barabanki And 2 Others Counsel for Applicant :- In Person Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Manish Kumar,J. 1. Supplementary affidavit is taken on record. (C.M. Application No.1 of 2025) 2. This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing the review application. 3. Heard. 4. Cause shown in sufficient. 5. Accordingly, the review application is allowed and delay is condoned. (Order in review application) 6. Petitioner in person is present. 7. We have gone through the judgment dated 02.05.2025 passed in Special Appeal No.162 of 2025, review of which has been sought. We have also gone through the judgment of contempt judge dated 03.07.2023 which was under challenge. We see no reason to review our order as the judgment of the writ court was complied and further relief which was being pressed before the contempt judge had not been granted by the writ court nor could it be seen by the contempt judge. The appeal itself in such circumstances was not maintainable and has rightly been dismissed. 8. Accordingly, the review application is dismissed. (Manish Kumar,J.) (Rajan Roy,J.)
