The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that, his application form was wrongly rejected by the respondents from consideration while allotment of the Fair Price Shop was being done. 3. Standing Counsel, based upon instructions, states that the allotment process had already come to an end and the shop in question has already been allotted. 4. In view thereof, no relief can be granted in this petition. The writ petition is dismissed. 5. The petitioner, if aggrieved, may prefer an appeal against the allotment order, if so advised in accordance with law.
